Terms of Service
Authorized access
You may use the portal only if Galavanteer or an authorized workspace owner has granted you access. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace access is personal and may not be shared.
Authority to connect data
You may connect only Google properties, accounts, and business data that you are authorized to access and use for the applicable workspace. You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required from the relevant business or data owner.
Permitted use
The portal may be used for legitimate business reporting, monitoring, analysis, and collaboration. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another client’s workspace, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the portal, misuse another person’s credentials, or use the service unlawfully.
Third-party services
The portal may connect to Google, Shopify, Auth0, Vercel, Neon, and other services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Galavanteer is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, delayed source data, or changes to third-party APIs.
Reports and source data
Dashboards and reports depend on data supplied by connected services and may be delayed, sampled, incomplete, or revised by the source. They are provided for informational and business-planning purposes and are not guarantees of search position, traffic, revenue, or other outcomes. Important decisions should be confirmed against the original source when appropriate.
Ownership and confidentiality
Each client retains its rights in the data it authorizes the portal to process. Galavanteer retains its rights in the portal, its software, methods, designs, and documentation. Authorized users must treat non-public workspace information as confidential and use it only for the applicable client relationship.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or change the portal and its integrations. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Galavanteer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the portal or reliance on its reports.
Termination
You may stop using the portal at any time. Galavanteer or an authorized workspace owner may remove access when a relationship ends, access is no longer appropriate, or these terms are violated. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement.
