Galavanteer Client Portal
Private performance reporting for authorized clients.
What the application does
A signed-in user chooses the Google property or account that belongs with their client workspace. The Galavanteer Client Portal then retrieves reporting data and turns it into private dashboards, historical comparisons, KPI summaries, and dated snapshots.
Workspace access is separated by client. A client member sees only the workspaces they are authorized to access, while approved Galavanteer operators can administer the platform and support those workspaces.
Google services used
Google Search Console
Reads authorized search-performance data such as clicks, impressions, queries, pages, countries, devices, and average position.
Google Analytics 4
Reads authorized property and reporting metrics used for traffic, acquisition, engagement, content, and period-over-period analysis.
Google Merchant Center
Reads an authorized account’s product, data-source, inventory, issue, and performance information for monitoring and reporting.
Read-only by design
These Google connections are used for reporting and monitoring. The Galavanteer Client Portal does not use them to change Analytics settings, Search Console properties, or Merchant Center resources. Where a Google API does not offer a narrower read-only OAuth scope, the application enforces read-only behavior in its server-side code.
Authorization and control
Google access begins only after a user completes Google’s authorization flow and selects the relevant property or account. Access can be revoked through the user’s Google Account permissions. A user may also contact Galavanteer to disconnect an integration or request deletion of stored Google-derived data.
